But this will also burn their chakra where ever he touches. So if he touchs the hands the user will have a hard time controlling any chakra flow through his hands for a short period of time.

This effect looks to strong with the burning of people chakra. It sounds like something a Hyuuga would do with some of there techniques. So please remove that part or move it to A rank.

Every enemy or object hit by the user from now on receives a powerfull electric shock, dealing lethal damage or paralysing them. This also occurs when opponents physicly attack the user or touch him with weapons that guide electricity. Damage against earth natured things and defence against earth natured technique are proved to be increased during this technique.

I will roleplay to learn this once approved

This is a lot of jutsus to learn at once so I want a min of at least 20 paragraphs instead of 10. Also the jutsu Nefunkei no Jutsu (Rat Decapitation Technique) needs to be less powerful or for the rank to bump up to S sence it is a deadly blow. Lastly the following jutsu Tesihu Endan (Fire Release: Master Fireball) needs to bump up to S or to lower the effect because going through mountains and forests seems a little strong.

You still have to post the jutsu with it fixed like I wanted it to be above.

Description: This ability is form of Henge No Jutsu (Transformation Technique) and Bunshin No Jutsu (Clone Technique).
